Annals of the caliphs’ kitchens: Ibn Sayyār al-Warrāq’s tenth-century Baghdadi Cookbook by By al-Muẓaffar ibn Naṣr Ibn Sayyār al-Warrāq (10th century author), translater- Nawal Nasrallah. This is via Google Books, so is preview only. The links to purchase the book is below.

The Anonymous Andalus cookbook is available here, on the Medieval Cookery site but it is a facsimile in Arabic. It can be downloaded in pdf format here, Candida Martinelli’s Italophile Site as it was the food also made in Sicily!

The Encyclopedia of Jewish Food, containing history and recipes can be found here via Proxify.
